About me

Dr. R. Manimegalai is a distinguished academician and researcher with over two decades of experience in academia and industry. She currently serves as Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research. Her core research interests include FPGA design, VLSI algorithms, IoT security, and distributed computing. A Ph.D. graduate from IIT Madras, she has published over 100 research works. Dr. Manimegalai has supervised several Ph.D. scholars and led funded projects in AICTE and UGC domains. Her contributions include innovations in FPGA-based cryptographic systems and curriculum development. Recognized with the “Senior Woman Educator and Scholar Award,” she continues to inspire through research excellence, leadership, and mentoring.
